Warranty Period

• • Basic whole-unit warranty: 3 months (from the date of receipt)
• • Extended Warranty Service: Available for an additional fee to extend the full-unit warranty by 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months total.
• • Original Parts Warranty: 6 months

Warranty Coverage

• • Product quality issues
• • Performance defects under normal use
• • Factory defects

Non-warranty Coverage

• • Human damage (drops, impacts, corrosion, etc.)
• • Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, repairs, or the use of non-genuine parts
• • Normal wear and tear
• • Third-party accessories not from our own brand (e.g., third-party cameras, flight controllers, and other optional integrated components)

Friendly Reminder

During the warranty period, free repairs are provided for non-human-damage issues with our own products; human-caused damage incurs parts costs only. Outside the warranty period, labor and parts fees apply.
